I am doing a new workout, using 5lb dumbbells. Shortened work out as the weights truly amp it up. I Get much more tired. I am overweight and out of shape. I never use sound in my videos from my workout instructor. You hear me, naturally growing breathless. Full nude no shoes. Lots of jiggling, cellulite wiggling, belly thighs, and titty bouncing.
