Kandy is always interrupting in class and today Kandy's teacher Ms. Williams pulled Kandy aside and told her that she'd let Kandy fail all of her classes if Kandy doesn't improve and learn how to keep herself quiet in the future. There were no other students around when Ms. Williams lifted up her tiny skirt and pulled down her full-back pair of panties, handed them to Kandy, and suggested Kandy go home, gag herself, and document all of the action on-screen if Kandy wants to stand the slightest chance to pass her classes.
