When I was well trained I managed to hold my breath for 2:40 minutes. Can I still do that today? Let's see! But first I have measured my chest. First without air in it and then with lungs pumped up. Then I did a breathing exercise so that the body is oxygenated and I can pull myself away longer. I had 3 attempts to break my personal record!
