I got new sport challenge! This time the exersise where i push my biceps and then shaoulders in 1 exersise both ! Like always 5 kg per 1 hand and 50+ times non stop repeats for My biceps and shouders! I did not lower thedumbbells onthe floor even once during the all repeats! Thats was very hard! I screamed very loudly! Pushing them hard and getting sweat! My hands were numb and trembling! But i did it and pump my strong muscles!
