Reporter Penny is brought in by the corrupt police officer Jeff of who she is writing an article about. The corrupt officer Jeff isn't too happy about this and wants to get the article deleted so he taken the extremely hot Penny to his secret dungeon. He starts tying her wrists and ankles to keep her here. She is left tied while the corrupt police officer grabs his stuff to break into her apartment. She wiggled halfway to the exit when Jeff returns. He lifts her to the sofa and ties her wrists onto it. Penny gets her mouth stuffed with a yellow sponge and a wrap around duct tape gag. Jeff now goes to her apartment to search for the article she wrote, delete & destroy it. Penny tries to get out of the tight ropes but there is no way she could escape them. After a while, the corrupt officer Jeff returns with his mission succeeded. Penny's wrists are detached from the sofa and she is put in a tight hogtie. He even opens her blouse to get her big boobs out of her bra. He leaves her.
