Today you’re going to be reminiscing about your ex-girlfriend. That’s right, the one that left you because she realized just how much of a fucking loser you were once she got to know you better. You trusted her, showed her your vulnerable side, and she saw just how you weren’t a real man and never deserved her in the first place. You’re going to humiliate yourself whilst thinking about your ex you fucking loser. We’re going to play an affirmation humiliation game. The game works as follows, I will tell you to repeat an affirmation to yourself and then I will affirm it back to you. For example, if I told you to repeat the following affirmation, ‘’My girlfriend left me because I’m a fucking loser’’, I would then affirm back to you, ‘’Yes, your girlfriend left you because you are a fucking loser’’. Now that you understand the rules of the game, let’s begin with the humiliation and reminisce about your ex that is now gone forever.
