Rosie has a generally good posture, but sometimes it can be difficult.  So, we're going to improve things. Alongside Lady Phoenix, we invite Rosie and are going to test her further. We start by balancing a book on her head and have her try a few steps. As the book falls, she has to try again. It falls again. So we add cuffs and a spreader to help hold her upright.  This seems better, so we have her squat, again with the book on her head to maintain posture. For a last try, she is going to have to balance and maintain posture while being slapped by paddles. Training was never meant to be easy!
