Megan has a reputation of being a mean and unpleasant girl who likes to make fun of others and even humiliate them and punish them. Many people are scared of her because of it and they don't want to have anything to do with her because of that. On the other hand there are people, mostly guys, who loved that about her. That she is so mean and bad girl. That she thinks she's better than then. Better than you. Charlie is one of those people. He lives in the same apartment, he shares it with two other guys and Megan.
