Yoga is such a nice way to stay in shape! I can work on my breathing while stretching my muscles. It is so enjoyable I try to do it at least once a week and sometimes more! The only thing that is a little annoying is I get pretty sweaty doing it. I am not even talking about "hot yoga"! Just regular yoga in my house! Starting fully clothed, I lose each piece of clothing until I am completely naked and much, much, cooler. In the future, I should probably just start naked and save myself the trouble. What do you think?
