My step-sister has a way of getting herself into troublesome situations. She is super cute so she manages to smooth things over pretty quickly most of the time. Today she came to me with a huge problem to which I only saw one solution. She took my dads car out to run errands and ran into a pole and did some damage. She knows my step-dad would lose his temper and probably take away her shopping allowance for the month or make her do yard work or some thing. Of course she came to me to help her. I could sense she was totally distraught but offering to clean my shoes or do my laundry in exchange for taking the blame for her damaging my step-dad's car? Oh hell no.
